Apart from pure water, I usually drink refreshing water like lemon soda and fruit smoothie.
When I am stress or sleepy, I will drink it. It makes my day bright immediately after drinking.

The only one answer to this question is green tea frappe.
I do love green tea. It's always give me some energy and reboot my emotion.
But I can drink another kind of drink too. For example, cacao frappe, iced milk or iced nestea.
Every time that I order drinking, I will order to get less sweet drinking.
Because sweet drinking always contain high rate of sugar so green tea frappe with less sweet is the best.

For me, I like to drink Coca-cola and Pepsi. In the past, I drank it almost every day. Then, I found that it make me fat. My weight is up about 7 kilograms so, I try to avoid it. It is not easy for me but I drink Coke zero without sugar when I want to drink it.

Recently, I change to Cha-Ma-Li (justmin tea) because I can drink it without diarrhea and It is very delicious. My day can not complete if without Cha-Ma-Li.
