I like both of them between England and the USA.
But, I prefer England to the USA.

I prefer England. I think it is better than in the U.S.
in America, you'd have to pay for healthcare. It's most likely you'll get insurance through whoever you work for, but even then you'll have to pay a co-pay for treatment & not everything will be covered. If you have any long term conditions this can end up being extremely expensive. You have to pay $250 to an ambulance for them to even take you to hospital.
