How can you protect yourself from sunlight?

To be honest, I really can't protect my skin from sunlight.
I think sunscreen and sweater are not enough for protecting myself from sunlight in Thailand.

The most easy way is just don't go outside.
If you want to go outside, you just put sunscreen on your body.
I believe that sunscreen helps protect sunlight for your skin. Sunscreen protect you from cancer about skin as well.

I personally say the best way is avoiding to face sunlight. LOL
I mean that just stay at in the room. It is hard to avoid to go outside because of our activities.
However, I prepare myself before going outside as the following steps:
First, I always apply sunscreen lotion which contains UV protector at least 30 pa+++. It is one of the necessary items.
Second, I always wear a cloth to protect ourselves from sunlight.

I used to live my life as a vampire, So I afraid of the sunlight and I start to protect my skin by avoiding such as not going outside whenever it has sunlight, put on the sunscreen that contains SPF and PA+++ to protect my skin from the sun.
