I take a note on the reminder application on my note. Checking thing that you want to take is the most effective as well
It can remind me to not forget the thing to do. These are work very excellent!
I used to use techniques and I became good at memorizing Lol

I always write down something that I am going to do to deal with it.
Sometimes there are so many things such the assignment then I just write the palns down on my notebook or on the paper where I can see it clearly.
For the object I like to put it at the same way as it used to be, all of my objects are seriously to placed on the places I have.

This one is a hard question for me because I have to admit that I'm quite a forgetful person lol.
I usually forget where I park my motorcycle or what I am going to do.
I like to take a note to remind me what to know or set a reminder on my phone. It helps me a lot.

Well, I have solutions for this problem.
I have a little whiteboard on top of refrigerator in my room.
Everyday I will note things that I need to do on notepads and stick the notepads on the whiteboard.
This can help remind me about the things and works that I have to do.

A memory trick I learned over a year ago is the link technique. This works incredibly well whenever you need to remember a sequence of information. I’ve used this technique to memorize presentations I’ve had to give and as a backup if for some reason I can’t use my notepad.

Include physical activity in your daily routine

For most healthy adults, the Department of Health and Human Services recommends at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity, such as brisk walking, or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity, such as jogging — preferably spread throughout the week. If you don't have time for a full workout, squeeze in a few 10-minute walks throughout the day.

Forgetfulness could be due to the fact that you are trying to do too much at one time.
For improvement start doing a cross word or any other mental activity.
Try creating associations. E.g.I was at such and such place when my niece was born.
Create your own acronyms. E. g. You need to buy a carton of milk, tea leaves and eggs. You either write and make a list or create acronym STEM shop tea leaves eggs and milk.

If someone’s not remembering something you asked them to do,
it likely means it wasn’t a high priority for them. To prevent this from
becoming a regular occurrence, incorporate yourself into their daily system,
whether that’s physically jotting down a note on their to-do list, or sending them
a reminder via e-mail or text message.

I have to admit that I'm the one who always forget things and sometimes, I forget a person.

I have to take note or make a note on my phone. Sometimes I use the application called "Reminder". It helps to remind what you have to do by alerting. You will not forget if you use this app unless you forget to make a reminder in the app!

I don't know, I myself the person who can forget everything in a flash. Even if it just happens at the moment, I still forget it. I can't control my forgetful so, I try to solve this problem as well. Like, writing down the things that I have to do, telling my friends and my family to remind me about what to do next. As a result, I'm still a forgetful person.

I think writing a diary is the best way deal with forgetful.
I saw in Korean series. The main actor writes a diary everyday
Next, he will read it in the morning.

For me, sticky notes is very helpful. You have to list on it and
stick it on the wall. It will be easier to see. And the alarm clock
is helpful for me too. Just list it on you mobilephone and then the alarm signal will sounds up in time and day you set it.

You should use an electronic calendar, such as Google Calendar, and set it up to text you reminders for appointments and tasks. or ask others to remind you.

Actually, I don't know the best solution because I am also a forgetful person.
But I will use my mobile phone to record what needs to be done in order to remind me. The other one is that you have to be as conscious as possible, have enough rest. Your brain will work better.
