We all know that drinking water regularly is good for the body. I read the information about the water. Drinking water regularly can help you to lose weight. I drink the water 2 big bottle of about 3 liters per day. It is best if we drink a lot of water in order to refresh. The weather is so hot.

Yes, drinking water is very very good for health.
I have ever read about the benefit of water and I found a lot of advantages of water.
That's why you need to drink a lot of water each day.
If you don't drink enough water, you can be dehydrated which means that your body seriously lack water.

In my opinion, drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day is very good for our body. Because water is one of the part of the body that helps our body balance. I also helps to repair the wear and tear of various parts of the body to be strong. And the water makes the skin healthy and moisturized with water.

Exactly, yes!!!
We should drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Water is needed in the processes of sweating and removal of urine and feces.
So the skin will be bright and clear if we drink a lot of water.
A lack of water can cause blood to become thicker, increasing blood pressure.
Lacking of water also affects to our health and it can cause another problem to our body.

Yes I totally agree that drinking water is very important. Our body needs a lot of water. Now a days, people use chemicals or pestisides to vegetables, fruits and even meat. We consume products/ food with chemicals which means we can get toxics in our body. Water helps release toxics in our body. It also gives nutrients to our body. I also notice that if I don't drink enough water I have headache. So I suggest that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Avoid drinking too much softdrinks as much as possible.

Of course, water is really important for our life. We use water in daily routine for cleaning ourselves and cleaning things around ourselves. Give a life for plant by water. Moreover, for our health is also important if our health lost food for five days we still alive but our health lost water only one day we will die.

Yes, Of course! There are lots of benefits for health.
It delivers oxygen throughout the body because blood is more than 90 percent water, and blood carries oxygen to different parts of the body. It boosts skin health and beauty with dehydration, the skin can become more vulnerable to skin disorders and premature wrinkling. It regulates body temperature. Water that is stored in the middle layers of the skin comes to the skin's surface as sweat when the body heats up. As it evaporates, it cools the body.

Yes, I do. I grew up with the word "we should drink eight glasses of water a day."
I think drinking water is good for health because the water can help treat kidney stones
