I personally think that it is much better to take naps than to stay awake for extended periods of time attempting to finish all your tasks, because, let's face it, 8-9 hours of sleep a day is not always possible.

Personally, I always take a nap to be relaxed and to refresh myself. I usually do my work after I took a nap for a while because I can gain more energy from it.

I have heard that taking a nap for 15 minutes can makes you day
become more effective. In Japan, taking a nap is allowed for office workers.
I applied it into my daily life and found that it is good to take a nap one time a day.

Taking a nap can make me more energetic,creativity, reduce stress and improve perception.
I always feel refreshed after a nap that lasts approximately 15-20 minutes.
It also helps deal with the stress of my daily living.

Personally, I will take a nap in order to relaxed and reduce stress. I always feel like get my energy back. I want just one hour to refresh myself by taking a nap. Many researchers claimed that taking a nap is good for many functions of our brain.
