Do you know? taking a short nap can restore alertness, enhance performance.
Moreover, taking an hourlong nap can dramatically improve our ability to remember information. I really love to take a nap during the day very much!

There are many researches show that an afternoon nap is great for adults. A short nap in the mid-afternoon can boost memory, improve job performance, etc.

The reason of taking a nap is your brain will get refresh from this.
There is some research told that people should take a nap during the day for
30 minutes for making the body still fresh and not feel sleepy.

I think that people should take a nap in order to refresh all of tired thing during day time.

I think that taking a nap helps our body refreshed. After taking a nap my body is energized and perform actively. We should take length of time between 20 to 90 minutes. If we take time more than this, you will be likely to be tired. Personally, I rarely take a nap these days because I cannot control myself not to sleep too much. It is really hard for me.

We should take a nap because our body is about to shut down.
If our bodies are ready to do something, then just take some rest and we can continue to do it later. It will make us be more energetic and have enough power to do work again!

Because it can help us all from sleepy during the day. After we took a nap, we will have more energy to do our work that we have to do all day. I am the one who really like to take a nap. After the class in the morning, I usually take a nap during waiting for the next class. It helps me a lot.

Because it is some kind of refresh your brain in my point of view. When people do a lot of works for a long time, your brain will be tired and want to rest. So, taking a nap might help refresh a brain. I love taking a nap so much when I have to read lots of books.

It is because we have to fulfil energy to our body after we are tired all day.
The proper time for taking nap is about 10-15 minutes.
My problem is that I always 'sleep' not taking a nap.

I heard that to take a nap during the day can be healthy and improve working ability. I am a kind of person who can't sleep well at night and fallsleep during the day, I think I feel fresh after doing it. But, sleeping during the day can also makes me can't sleep at night.
