Earlier, I didn't know what is the benefit of honey until I got direct experience to learn benefit of honey. At that moment, I had got terrible cough. P’Arnie and Kay suggest me to try to relieve cough by honey and lemon. It is really worked. Now, I know benefit of honey one is healing cough.

For me, It reduces a cough and throat irritation
