Think of the future life!
If you expect to share the future with the loved one or if you love yourself enough, you won't eat unhealthy foods just in case to satisfy yourself. Again, think of the future life, it's better to see you in 20, 30 and 60 years and still be happy and no serious diseases. You will realize that your life is worth living especially with your partner, your son, and daughter or your lovely grandchild. Don't you want to have a longer life to see how their life grow?
Now, instead of having bad eating behavior, it's time for change to the new version of you who emphasize eating good foods because it can help extend your life. I'm not suggesting you to stop eating fast cooking foods immediately when you have eaten for the whole life. Yeah, take your time! Remember that health is wealth.
Do it for yourself! Do it for your future!

I don't like to eat junk food, I would like to recommend to stop eating junk food. You have to set your goals about losing weight.
If you are losing weight, You should decrease fat and sugar because it makes you starving during the day. You should eat more vegetable fruit during the day. Eat fruit instead of junk food.

Ourself is the key to stop eating junk foods.
If we can control our mind to eat other food so we can stop eating junk food.
We can start by eating less junk food or eat once for a while.
It is hard to stop eating it because it is easy to find and people like it when they test it.

To avoid eating junk food, The ways which I would like to recommend you are eating cooked food from restaurant, hashery, or yourself.
You should concern about your health. Thinking about how much calories it was contained.

I would like to suggest you store healthy foods you want to eat more front and center in your fridge and out on your countertops. Snack foods are so easy to dig into—you just rip open a bag. If you had, say, red peppers all sliced and ready to go, they’re all the more tempting to dip into hummus.

I tried to eat more protein because
I've heard that eating more protein may reduce your appetite and keep you from overeating.
It also reduces cravings, and helps you feel full and satisfied for longer.
I have read one study of overweight teenage girls showed that eating a high-protein breakfast reduced cravings significantly.

Stop buying junk food is the best way to stop eating junk foods for me.
If you have lots of junk food on hand, you will be much more likely to eat it.
Stop buying junk food and keep it out of your dorm and your car.
Moreover, you have to control your mind to stop eating junk food from your friends as well.

First, you have love yourself. You should think a lot before you decide to buy junkfood to eat.

The best way of me that I rally proud to show you is eat something instead of junk foods or snack .
I always grab something to eat when I do a lot of work and the things that I eat are vegetable and fruit.
There are many kind of fruit that can make you full a long the day such as banana, guava and watermelon.

I think jung food are made from powder and use lots of oil.
If you wan to stop eating jung food, you will start with going to fresh market and buy food. You can buy and make it by myself.

You should focus on the positive side of healthy eating, It is more effective than focus on the need to remove junk food.
