For me, I apply aloe vera gel to my skin.
A gel made from aloe vera plants is very soothing for the skin.
I think aloe vera is good for my skin, so I can use it as often as I’d like with no fear of side effects.

For me, I don't serious on my skin, but I ever heard some people tell to me about the way to make the skin lighter naturally according to these methods.
1. Apply lemon juice to your skin with a cotton ball. 
2. Make a lemon juice mask for your face.
3. Use a lemon exfoliate.
4. Make a mask out of turmeric, lemon juice, and cucumber.
I believe that it can help your skin lighter than the old skin.

Actually, I don't know how to make my skin lighter.
My trick is avoiding sun by applying sunscreen or wearing long sleeve shirt.
However, I think vitamin C or whitening products will help you.

Personally, I scrub my skin 2-3 times per week with tamarine product.
Moreover, not only use sunscreen lotion but I also wear cloth before I go out sides.
Drinking a lot of water is one of the ways to make our skin lighter.
So, we should to drink a lot of water at least 1-2 liters per day.
Owing to these ways, my skin will be lighter naturally.

Basically, you have to avoid staying under the sunlight outside. And don't forget to put on sunscreen and wear it repetitively every 2 hours. Moreover, wearing the whitening body lotion is also important for taking care of your skin. Do it as a routine, your skin will be brighter for sure.

I think that if we avoid the sunlight by putting on sunscreen everyday or wearing a jacket when going out, eat healthy food, and drink enough water, our skin will be lighter.

I think we can do it by applying whitening lotion and always putting sunscreen then avoid the sunlight. Wearing long sleeve shirt when we go outside. In addition, eating vitamin C may help to our skin lighter.

I think drinking water is a good way.
You can lighten your skin by drinking more water and following a healthy diet. Drinking water and eating right won't magically make your skin lighter, but it will help the skin to rejuvenate itself.

For me, i think you have to put a lot of sunscreen everyday. Then you have to eat some vitamin for bright your skin. And the last you have to work out! It helps a-lot for your skin. If you do all the things that i say, your skin will be brighter for sure!!!
