I usually go to bed at night p and take 5 hours to sleep per day.
When I go to bed late every day is harmful to my daily life.
Then I go to the class to learning and I cannot pay attention to learn at all because of feeling sleepy.

Personally, I like to read cartoons before going to the bed. It can help me to sleep better. Sometime, I just turn off the light and then I can slepp easily.

It is important to get a sleep you need that keeps you fresh and bold every day. Change your diet: Avoid food and drinks that contain caffeine, such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, and chocolate. Have your dinner some hour before going to bed and skip the spicy or heavy food which can keep you awake with heartburn or indigestion.

I am a people who easy to sleep , I don't know how to make self sleep well. It might be take a bath before sleep and apply a good smell of powder before go to bed .In addition , listen some song it can help you easy to sleepy.

I have read some trick about "how to sleep better at night?". I want to share some tricks as follows:
1.Stick to a sleep schedule of the same bedtime and wake up time, even on the weekends. This helps to regulate your body's clock and could help you fall asleep and stay asleep for the night.
2. Practice a relaxing bedtime ritual. A relaxing, routine activity right before bedtime conducted away from bright lights helps separate your sleep time from activities that can cause excitement, stress or anxiety which can make it more difficult to fall asleep, get sound and deep sleep or remain asleep.
3. If you have trouble sleeping, avoid naps, especially in the afternoon. Power napping may help you get through the day, but if you find that you can't fall asleep at bedtime, eliminating even short catnaps may help.
There are just simple steps to follow. You can find more if you have a sleep problem.

It kind of bad idea but the way for me that can solve myself to get some sleep is
keep waking myself for one day and wait for suitable time then your body will fall down automatically.
