In my opinion, we should sleep for 8-10 hours because this is a good way to make our body to rest fully after we work all day.
Moreover, it makes we feel happy when we wake up because we sleep enough.

I agree with you that sleeping 8-10 hours makes our body refreshes all the system.
When I was young, my grandma told me that going to sleep early and sleeping 8 hours make me tall and grow up quickly.
I think this might be related to growth hormone. I'm not sure.

I think it is a set of belief from a group of people.
According to the research, it is showed that the quality of sleeping doesn't depend on period of time. You sleep 8-10 hours a day; it doesn't mean that it is enough for your body.
On the other hand, you can sleep 6-7 hours with feeling of freshness in the morning if you sleep very deep.

Scientifically proved that it is a proper period of time for humans to rest, having a sleep for 6 to 8 hours seems to push our health to be healthy.
I think that it is totally sound because our body needs some time to rest too. It fully works at its best for the whole day so we should find 6-8 hours a day for it to rest, and gain some more energy to continue working later. Apart from that, getting enough sleep allows us to have good moods, brighter thoughts, work more effectively, and function better.

Having enough sleeping is good for our health. If we are sleeping enough, we will feel fresh. And we don't sleepy during the day. I think it is good to sleep for 8-10 hours per a day.

Because of the prove of scientist they shown that sleep 8-10 hours is good for yohr body. To gibe a time for your budy to produce and repair many system insode your body. That means if you have time to sleep enough, you will have a good health.

I have learned about hormone when I was in high school.
Scientist says that Growth Hormone will work while we are sleeping.
That's why we have to sleep long time. And it's also a good time for us to take a rest from long day.

Having slept for 8-9 hours is really beneficial for our health. During our brains can sleep and rest too and if you have enough sleep, your brain will work more productively. I'm not sure about this exactly because there are always two sides of the thing. I recommend that you know yourself better than others to take care of yourself and find something is the most suitable for you.

We need to sleep right to ten hours a day because while we are sleeping, our brains and other organs which have been working all day long will rest. So, if we get insufficient sleep, our brains and other organs will be exhausted and work ineffectively.

In my point of view, sleep is a necessity for our health, wellbeing, learning, and memory.
Lack of sleep causes many effects on the human body.
To avoiding these health problems, we should sleep at least 6-7 hours per day.
By doing this, our brain can work effectively.

I think sleep 8-10 helps our memory. I have ever heard that
how many hours of sleep will be good, it depend on the age as well.
For example, infants around 16-18 hours, preschoolers around 11-12 hours,
elementary at least 10 hours, teens around 9-10 hours and adults
(including seniors) around 7-8 hours.

It increases cognition and memory. It is better performance in the classroom may depend on how well you sleep(We will not sleep in class).
It is also increases your growth hormone production.
If we are consistently getting less than 7 hours of sleep, it is detrimental to our overall health.

Research shows that consistently getting 8-10 hours of sleep per night is beneficial for adults. Any more or less can increase your risk for serious conditions like diabetes mellitus, heart disease, and even death. Getting enough quality sleep is also key to a healthy lifestyle.

I personally believe that enough sleep is very important for our body. The body has an important system called "body clock".
It regulates our body when we should sleep and when we should awake. You should sleep at night for 8-10 hours because it can refresh your brain and your body.
If you have enough sleep, you will have the energy for learning and doing activities in the daylight.

I think it is not neccessary for sleeping for 8-10 hours. For me, I sleep for 6-7 hours a day. There is no signal of unusual of body system. Though some people are sleeping for less than 8 hours, they are still having good health and actively participating in all activities. Some people require at least 10 hours of sleep otherwise they feel tired the next day. So every person has their own limit in sleeping, not 8 hours for everyone.

It's necessary to sleep at least 8-10 hours.
Getting enough sleep can help you focus on the lesson better during the day and help you to provide an effective work. You will feel fresh and lively. It also reduce the risk of being unhealthy. So, you should sleep at least 8-10 hours a day.

We need to sleep at least 6 hours per day.
It is a way to take care of our health because sleeping at least 6 hours per day can help you to be fresh and energetic.
