Yes, I think it's good for health. Actually, I am a woman who lazy to exercise. By the way, exercise 3-5 days per week is good.

Yes, I do believe exercise is good for our health. We should do execise at least 3 days a week and at least 30 minutes a time. Even, I know how good exercise is and how we can do exercise, I still lazy to do it. Lol

Mmm I am not an expert and I do not really exercise, but it sounds right to me.
Maybe at least 3 days a week? I think that is what I have heard, but I have never followed the talk though.
I am too lazy, so just only 1 day a week seems to be impossible already.

Exercise is good for our health. It makes us have a good health. 
I think it is good to exercise for 3-5 days in once weak. 
On the other hand, exercise can make people feel relax.

Yes, it sounds good!!
I have learnt that we should have the properly exercise plan, and don't exercise too heavy.
Doing a heavy exercise doesn't mean that you are healthy.
The good way, you should evaluate yourself and get some advice from a trainer.

I wish I could exercise at least two days a week, because I do not work out at all nowadays. Poor me!

Yes, it is.
Actually this rate is perfect. You do not do exercise too often. However, I am kind of sad right now because I really rarely do exercise nowadays. It is no wonder why I am getting fat right now. Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

Exercise is one of sport that we can do no matter how many days. It is very good for our body because it makes the body strong and looks good. And also helps prevent various diseases as well.

Absolutely. The more you exercise, the more you get a better healthy.
I plan in my schedule for exercising goal so often yet I can’t. Lol
However, the good occasion is coming soon since I am going to have a roomate who always exercise everyday. I think this is a good chance to follow her. Lol

Yeah, I think 3-5 days are not too much for exercising.
I used to do exercise every day and in each day I will do exercise 40 minutes to 1.30 hours.
During that time I feel like I'm stronger and rarely to get sick.

It also helps people sleep better. However, I'm a person who lazy to do exercise.

the perfect amount of time.

For me, It is good to exercise 3-5 days per week.
It also good if you can exercise everyday.
But you have to balance it, you should exercise a little bit and variety if you want o exercise everyday like that.

I think 3 days per week to exercise is good for you because you may not have so much time to exercise. You can manage your time and set the time in a week for only 3 days at evening to exercise. And you can do another thing in the rest days of week.
By the way, 3-5 days to exercise is not good. I don't like exercise. LOL

For me, I think 4 days per week that It's enough.
You should have to do exercise suitable for body mass.
I always do exercise 4 days per week. I do exercise in every other time. In each day, I love running within 30-45 mins, I think that it's enough for me. Sometimes I will dance aerobics at the gym.

Of course! Do exercise 3-5 times a week is good for our health. But I think it's up to each person too.
Difference person, difference body ability, difference need too. So I think that always do the exercise.
Take care to yourself. Enough sleep. Eat 5 groups of food every single day. All of these thing will good for health better.

Yes, I believe exercise is good for health. Anyway, eating healthy food can help, too.
Apart from exercise, you can do many things for health; for instance, sleep enough, drink much more water, do meditation, and so on.

This rate is perfect for being healthy but I rarely exercise as well.

I think exercise is very good even 1 day per week is still good to stay healthy.

I think it is good because then your body will be stronger.
I am doing this too that I go for running 3-4 days a week for my muscle and I think it works.
Exercising is not just making your health to be stronger but it can helps you to get easy sleeping too.

Of course, it really good for your health for doing exercise 3-5 days a week. Many researchers have claimed this. It is really good for our health to do exercises. Our bodies need to be firmed and boost some Adrenaline our body. Personally, I rarely go to exercise nowadays because I have no time and most importantly I am quite lazy.

Actually, Exercise is good for health.
There are many researchers who support people should exercise 3-5 days per week.
Because of doing exercise will make a strong body.

Exercise can lead you to become healthy. Gets rid of the disease.
I suggest you take 3-5 days for your exercise.
and to build muscle mass, you should try to work for each muscle group.
