Yes, I do.
Tomatoes are the resources of vitamin C which is a substance to help our skin healthier.
So, I think it can also help us about the brightness as well.

Yes, I think it may make your skin beautiful because in tomatos, there is vitamin and Lycopene to make your skin beautiful, but acctually I do not like tomatos because of its taste.

Um...Maybe! there are some vitamins in the tomato can make our skin to bright.
But I think there are many reasons to make skin bright.
Not only vitamins in the tomato but also vitamins from many fruits and beta-carotene, and lycopene can make skin brighter.

I have no ideas about this but I think it might be like that.
I think in tomatoes have some vitamin or some chemical which help us in terms of the fresh skin.
I like eating tomatoes in Somtam but not the pure one because it's so sour but not yummy as in a dish of Somtam.

For me, I think so it is good for health. Not only do tomatoes act as an astringent but also help wake up the dullest of skins. Apply to clean skin until it is dry and watch the magic. Not only will your skin be lighter but will also feel refreshed and taut.

Yes, I do.
I think tomato can make our skin brighter because tomato has Lycopene that help lower your risk of developing or dying skin.
But, I don't like to eat it because it doesn't delicious.

I do not like eating tomatoes. My mom cook fry tice and she always put tomatoes in it. When I eat tomatoes that mom put in the fry rice it taste make me feel don't want to eat the fry rice at that moment.
But I do like it when mom put it in spaghetti. I don't know why I like it.
From all my experience of eating tomatoes, I realise that I can eat tomatoes but in the different menu.

I think it depends on people's skin.
I used to eat tomatoes, but it does not help the skin brighter at all.
So, it is not an effective way to heal my skin lol.

Well, most people believe that. I think it can make your skin brighter because it contains some nutrition.
I also heard that tomatoes produce lycopene to affect cancer but I'm not sure about that.
My mom also said that red and orange fruits help prevent ourselves from cancer.

Yes, I do. I know that tomatoes make skin brighter because they have a lot of vitamin.
I used to try to eat tomato juice because I believe that It will make my skin brighter but I gave up I because its taste unbearable.
I really hate Its taste!!

I think so. There is a one fact that everyone agree with this.
Foe me, eating only tomatoes will not help your skin brighter. We have to do many thing like use sunscreen, sleep for 8 hours per day and exercise like this.
It will help your skin brighter so much.

I think it can help a little bit. To have a brighter skin, we should do many things, for example, eating healthy food, eating fresh fruits, wear sunscreen, scrub the skin, and wear a jacket when going outside.

I don't know but only I have known is tomatoes can maintain healthy skin.
I also like eating cherry tomatoes which can be available in 7-11.
After finishing them up, I see nothing happen. Guess, tomatoes can give skin a radiant but must keep eating for a long period to see if the skin is changed to be lighter.
