I don't know how to stop being overthinking because I try to do many ways.
I think it can't help me so much because finally,I will back overthinking again.
It is tired so much.
Could you suggest me to stop being overthinking?

I always overthinking when I have the problem that I cannot solve it.
The effective thing that can stop overthinking is put the problem always from your mind and sleeping.

I'm so sorry, I can't find the best suggestion for you to go over the overthinking.
I'm a overthinking person too. When I face a problem or someone talks bad things to me.
I always keep all the things I have faced in a day to think in the night, then I become overthinking and I get upset.
I have tried to stop overthinking but I failed. I'm finding the way to get rid of it too.

I am an overthinking person too. I found that I couldn't stop my mind when I thought about something in the past.
Things that hurt myself always came back and hurt me again when I thought of it again and again.
The only way is to control my mind and think positive. I am trying to be positive as well as try to change my mind.
All about the things depend on my mind.

I don't know what is the best ways to suggest to you. When I'm overthinking, I just take a nap.
I like to take my naps in the afternoon, around 3 pm, or during I feel stress.
I don’t need to say much more about naps, just give it a try!

I don't know the exact way to stop overthinking.
Personally, when I think about something too much, I will read a novel or do something that I like.
It can help me to stop thinking about something that make me feel bad.

I cannot find a way to stop overthinking either.
When I have to face that situation, I just try to think that we cannot control everything. Some things might not be like we think, so we have to admit it. It can help, I guess.

I cannot stop over-thinking when I wake up or be conscious.

Well, I am a persan who usually be overthinking.
When I know that I am overthinking about something, I will find something to do in order to get off something.
My efficient ways to stop overthinking are listening to music, sleeping and watching comedy shows.

Even though I am a very stressed person and I really have no clues to deal with the stressfulness, I always look for the ways to find release.
I usually listen to music or favorite songs and dance along the music. It helps me a lot to stop thinking too much and let me concentrate on the activity that I am doing right now.
Or the last thing to do when being stressed and do not know what to do next is crying out. Because crying is another way to relieve us from strain. It is a natural method of human’s mental. I recommend it.

Like all habits, changing your destructive thought patterns can be a challenge.
there are some idea here
1.Learn mindfulness skills.
It's impossible to rehash yesterday or worry about tomorrow when you're living in the present. Mindfulness will help you become more aware of the here and now.

I can't find the best suggestion for you to go over the overthinking but i want to suggest you to focus on your breathing, and allow yourself to relax into a state of meditation. Don't try to stop thinking, that is impossible, only recognize the truth: there is no thinker, only the thought. Detach yourself from the thought, detach yourself from the worry, detach yourself from the worry.

Stop being overthinking is hard for me to get trough. When I am in a situation that I feel overthinking, I will cry to decrease my pressure. I think this way is not good but it is only one way that can make me feel better after crying. Sometimes, my roommate will tell me stop being overthinking and let the bad thing pass.

There is nothing that can help to stop overthinking more than sleeping. However, it cannot help us at all because when I wake up, I think a lot again. Can anyone has a solution to help with it?.

Sometimes it's helpful to have a way to distract yourself with happy, positive, healthy alternatives. Things like mediation, dancing, exercise, learning an instrument, knitting, drawing, and painting can distance you from the issues enough to shut down the overanalysis.

Any time you find yourself doubting or feeling stressed or anxious, step back and look at the situation and how you're responding. It is quite hard for me too. I am an overthinker but I always try to deal with it.
Thinking too much about things isn’t just a nuisance. It can take a serious toll on your well-being.
So, I try to Awareness which is the first step in putting an end to overthinking.
Then, start paying attention to the other things which make me relax.
Another solution for me, I usually call my sister shearing with her.

I think you should go to see a psychologist.
Or you just talking with someone that you rely on.
To share your thought with him or her, to decrease your overthinking.

In my opinion it hardly to stop thinking a lot but I have an easy way to suggest you. The first , I just live and think only the present time remain yourself in the moment now. Second, do not think in the bad side of the thing that you do . Lastly , smile more and make yourself happy with a little thing.
