I don't know how to be healthy either since i dont work out at all.
I try my best not to eat junkies and drink a lot of water. For exercising,
I would just play badminton sometimes.

When we talk about how to keep healthy that have many to follow so, I have three tips if you are interested. firstly sleeping, sleeping is very important for your health because if you are not sleeping enough your body is going to be more tried and you will your work ineffectively. Secondly eating, eating is also very important and we should eating in full of five categories. At last exercise, this choice this extremely important because if you sleep well and eating good but without the exercise of course that you are still unhealthy.

What I always do to stay healthy is to drink water as much as I can. I'm not sure if it is helpful or not. Besides, I try to stop drinking soft drinks like Coke or Pepsi so that my body will stay healthy. Sleeping is important as well due to the fact that it is the time that my body repairs itself. Actually, I rarely go working out so I have to find another ways to make myself stay physically healthy.

For me,Exercise Regularly
Few things are as good for me as regular physical activity. While it can be hard to find the time, it’s important to fit in at least 30 minutes of activity every day. More is even better, but any amount is better than none.

Personally, I think I'm not a healthy person because I usually get sick easily. To keep healthy, you might have to eat healthy food, drink alot of water, do more exercise, and get enough sleep.

2. Be happy : It’s easier said than done, but being in a good mood will do wonders for your health.
3. Sleep 8 hours : Getting a good night’s sleep can improve your memory, sharpen your attention, make you less stressed and potentially even live longer.

For me, being happy with everything is the best way to keep healthy.

You can keep the healthy body by drinking plenty of water, having enough sleep, taking the rest whenever you have to work hard, eating healthy foods such as fresh vegetables, fruits, fat-free foods, or sweets with less sugar and exercising at least once or twice a week.

Well, I love to keep my firm and healthy body by doing exercise and eating less carbohydrate and junk food.
There are many kinds of exercise that I do when I want to keep my healthy body such as cardio, running and badminton.
I sometimes go to gym with my friend and after finished exercise I also control my weight with choosing to eat good food.

Drinking plenty of water can make you stay healthy.
