No, I'm not kind of that person because I love eating. Eating is my life.
Now, I enjoy eating the kind of meat or pork, for example having steak in every dinner.
I have never go to exercise.
However, I choose to eat in the proper portion to control my weight.

I always sleep 8 hours, getting a good night’s sleep can improve my memory.
I usually eat fruits, it’s full of vital vitamins, folate and fibre.
Being in a good mood will do wonders for my health.

To make myself healthy, i try to do exercise by running and dancing.
Moreover, i try to eat healthy food and fruits. More importantly, i try not to eat
sweet.

Well, in term of theory I know well how to get healthy. you must eat well, sleep well, do exercise. But in pragmatic I cannot do them all. I normally eat junk food. I try to be sleep well now earlier I don’t get sleep well ; some day I take a rest after midnight some day I don’t take a rest overnight. And doing exercise I rarely do exercise.

For my way, I like to eat vegetables. I think when I have eat them, I feel like I am fresh.
I do not drink alcohol as well.
I avoid soft drinking as well.

For me, I don't like exercising so I chose to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.

- Drink plenty of water
A couple of liters a day will keep you in tip-top shape, and you won’t eat as much.
- Be happy
It’s easier said than done, but being in a good mood will do wonders for your health.
- Sleep 8 hours
Getting a good night’s sleep can improve your memory, sharpen your attention, make you less stressed and potentially even live longer.

I haven't a perfect health. But I take care my health by doing exercise with dance. Sometimes I try to eat vegetable or fruits.
If I need to burn fat I always listen to music and dance or joking.

I try to sleep for 6-7 hours at night to get enough sleep. I try to eat 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner, to get 5 groups of nutrition.
I do the exercise 3-4 times a week to have a strong body. The last thing that quite hard for me is drink 6-8 glass a day.
I like to drink water but I don't like to drink much water. I don't like to go to the toilet again and again.
These are my ways to keep my body healthy.

In order to stay healthy, you need to live an active and aware lifestyle. This means getting at least 30 minutes of exercise daily, eating a well-balanced diet, and try and reduce stress in your lifestyle. Becoming more active will help with stress levels and eating a well-balanced diet will help keep you healthy.

I sometimes do exercise and eat fruits and vegetables.
I have a problem with digestion so I need to eat food that has fiber.
And also try to drink a lot of water during the day.
Go to bed early or get enough sleep is also improtant.

Being a healthy person doesn’t mean just doing exercise, I think.
It’s also about how we eat foods and drink water.
Plus, sleeping is another key for being healthy. In short, get enough sleep; consider thoroughly before take something into body, and do exercise at least 3 days per week.
That’s all about how I keep healthy.

To have a healthy life, you can do something with your diets and exercise so that your health greatly changes to be better.
Regarding the diets I have mentioned, you should eat more healthy food e.g. vegetables and fruits, and meat that contains less fat. You should also avoid fried food since there is lots of fat.
Another thing is exercise, you need to make sure that you regularly exercise so that your body functions properly.
Even if I know how to keep myself healthy, I do not really do so.
Now, I have realized that being healthy is really important, and I should follow what I have said myself from now.

In order to remain healthy, I sometimes go jogging at the park after the class. Moreover, having healthy food including some kinds of fruits, vegetables, etc. can make me healthy as well. Importantly, getting enough sleep is one of the best ways to keep me healthy.

I try to have a healthy diet and work out every day.
Last year, I was 92 kilograms but now I am 70 kilograms.
The most important thing is to keep realize that you do it because you love yourself.

I try to eat healthy food everyday. As you know that nowadays we can hardly find real organic vegetables, the food we eat might not entirely clean. Another way to keep healthy for me is to do exercises. This is the most effective way for me.

I'm trying to stay healthy as much as I can. I drink lots of water and do exercise sometimes. However, I do focus on food I have a day.
I'm searching for good foods; fresh fruits and veggies, low calories foods and rich nutrition meals. I'm trying to avoid unhealty foods like fried foods, burned meats, frozen foods which are high in sodium, processed foods and more.

I try to do so but it does not work with me.
What I do is trying to have breakfast, not going to bed so late, trying to add some vegetable in your dishes.
However, I just do not feel like myself so I stop and do what I want anyway.

For me i would choose the way to eat healthy diet. Healthy eating is an important part of your growth and development. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, a variety of protein foods, and low-fat dairy products.

I eat healthy food and exercise almost every day. I try to find clean and healthy food to eat even though it is very hard to find. It doesn't mean that I do not eat fast food because I still eat it sometimes.

In my point of view, there are many ways to keep our health fit.
For the first one, exercise regularly, we should keep our body active by exercising at least 60 minutes of every day.
The second one, eat a healthy diet, healthy eating is an important part of your growth and development.
We should eat fruits and vegetables which contains all the vitamins the body needed.
Moreover, we should be getting enough sleep in order to keep our brain work productively as well.

When I feel sick or feel like my body are going to be bad, I firstly limit my food.
I eat only none fat food on that time. I eat like salad and som tam everyday.
The time I do like that can help my life a lot, I can feel fresh and healthy.
