I've tried stopping it many times but I couldn't.
When I told myself pay attention for reading or doing work, there are many things to interrupt my target.
This makes me cannot do many things effectively.

When I am lazy to read the book or do my work, i think I have to finish it first 
before going to do the other things. Because if I finish my work, I can do the other thing without worrying about my work.

The best way to get rid of your laziness is you have to set your goal. You can do by listing all of your assignment and do it one by one. If you think this way is too hard, you may find some motivations form the others who have no chance to study like you but they try to do in another way to improve their life to be better. In easy way is thinking about how hard of your parents to work to support you.

The way I usually do when I find myself so lazy is that I will think about all the assignments that need to be done, then I will realize that there are a lot to do. At this point, I will feel motivated because I do not want to finish them all in the day before deadline. This way works very well with me, but I do not really know if it is going to work with you. So, try it.

For me, At night, plan out your day for tomorrow. This doesn’t mean you block out all hours of the day and add a ridiculous workload. You’re going to have to build up that work ethic and resilience. However, it is COMPLETELY doable and you might just surprise yourself as to how quickly you can take on over a short period.

I would like you to think more about the time you have each day.
When you have time, you have to do your assignments or task of courses.
Think a lot about the time. If you have done all of the works, you will have more time to do other activities.

I'm a person who struggled in this problem too.
I usually set my goal before I do my assignment.
For example, I will tell myself that if I can do this work, I will watch 1 chapter of my favorite cartoon.

Ahh I am the one of a lazy person. I always sleep and do everything that not about study hehehe.
But when I think about the time that I have I always feel motivated to finish my assignments.
And you can think that if you finish all your works, you will have time to do other things that you want.

I like this question too much!
I am the one who struggled in this problem too.
For me, I set the goal in my planing in a day.
If I reach the goal which I set before, I will give a gift to myself.
For instance, if I finished this work, I will watch my favorite movies or eat some snacks.

When, you have an important project for work or school.
And you have to complete it in time. You choose list your tasks and do it step by step.
It will make you be happy and decrease your anxiety levels when you can't complete it in time.

If you still be like this, this might not good for you and your future. Lasiness is the feeling that every people will have experienc but some people they can't get over from this point, it is worse. Many prople can deal with this issue and their life is better that who can't deal with this problem. I would like to suggest you that whenever you get lasy to do things just get out of that space then try to fo something.

I am the person who is always being lazy. However, the way to stop my laziness is thinking about the feeling and the free time that I will get after finishing my works. I will set my goal and use the goal to motivate myself to do the assignments.

I just shut down my phone and trying to do fully focused work.
I'm lazy because I like to check Facebook, Twitter or random internet browsing.
So I put my phone in silent mode and I put it at the other end of our home when I work.

T think I can't because I am so lazy too. Although there are tons of work and their deadlines are waiting, I still choose to relax, listen ti music, and sleep instead. Laughing Laughing Laughing

I will say I am struggling with this problem too.
I am trying to find the best way to deal with it now, but I have not found the best way yet.
Being a lazy person is not a good behavior and I want to deal with this problem as quick s possible.

Honestly, I do not know how to stop being lazy because I'm so lazy like you.

I don't know how to suggest you because I'm similar to you. I'm very lazy to do anything.
For me, I will do it when the work is near to deadline because the deadline forces me to do that work.
So, I think you should set the deadline for doing anything. It can fix your laziness.

That is very hard for suggestion because I'm a lazy one too Lol.
I'm just kidding. Hmm, I think the best way to take this behavior out.
I suggest you to set a goal in every time or have a time table in daily life, for example the useful activities.
You can begin with simple thing like doing housework or reading about 20 minutes.
So, you will follow your time table, then you will not time to feel lazy.
