For me,I spend time with myself and takes a time to make my feeling in my heart.
Listening or something to regain my feeling back.
I must reframing myself with new lesson or attitude to make me feel better.

To me, listening to my favorite songs can have ability to heal those bad feelings. When I found myself getting depressed, I always turn on my favorite songs. They make me feel relaxed. Apart from this way, I usually go for watching my favorite singers’ pictures on Instagram. Whenever I watch their smiles, all the depressions are gone. This is why I love being a fan of someone or something.

Once I felt depressed, I tried to do someting I like such as reading fiction, listening to my favourite songs, or watching movies.
I found that everything was boring, and they couldn't make me feel better.
So, I just let myself feel down and cry.
I think crying is the best way to release my bad feeling.

I like listening to Dhamma and doing mediation. I don't listen to Dhamma everday but I try doing mediation in every moments. I think the best thing to cure yourself is to think positively and be surrounded by positive environment.
That's why I like listening to Dhamma. In addition, I also watch standing comedy like Diaw from P'Note Udom. It's really funny. Furthermore, I listen to music and watch movies to stimulate my imagination.

My solution is find something fun to watch such as funny video of dog and cat. Every time that I watch it, it can decrease my depression. Sometimes I will call to my parents in order to gain more encouraging words to push me up from my depression.

Stop thinking, stay with friends or someone who you trust, and share your feeling or get bad matters off your chest. This is how I usually do when I feel depressed. It really works.
It feels freaking good when someone who you trust listens to you wholeheartedly. He takes your feeling in his shoe as if he really felt how you feel. He responds back to us and gives us some advice. It feels so warm..

Whenever I get depressed I will find some inspiration.
I will read some quotes and do every thing to cheer up my self
and get out from the down feeling.

Well, I often feel depressed and stressed.
The most effective ways to fix this problem for me are listening to music, playing video games and watching comedy shows.
Sometimes I just stop thinking about what makes me feel that way and I let it go.
Another way to fix this problem for me is sleeping.

When I get depressed. I won't stay with myself.
It makes me think too much about it and get more stress.
What I do is go to another place like a coffee shop or any.
I also do the exercise or listen to music to heal my feeling.

I rarely get depressed because I do not want myself to be like that.
Sometimes I got this problem, I would go far away from others.
Then I will turn on the music alone to calm down myself.

Is a good question! Because now I feel depressed.
I choose to talk to my friends, talk to my mother.
I go shopping and listen to my favorite songs.
