Actually, I will go to bed when I really sleepy. If I can't sleep at night, my mobile phone is the only choice that I will choose to use because it makes me want to sleep definitely. Another way that I will do is to close my eyes and think about my K-POP idols. It's very amazing that they make me sleepy.

Mine is listen to musics.
Now, I’m not suggesting you go blasting an intense album (unless that works for you), but some simple, acoustic, minimal percussion music might be perfect for getting your eyes to droop.

I usually read a comic book or watch a movie. Before I go to bed, I often listen to music.
It makes me relax and makes me sleepy, too. If I can't sleep, I will drink a hot milk. It helps me to relax my brain before sleep.

I also read Webtoon if I can't sleep at night.

The thing that i do when i can't sleep at night time is reading book.
Reading book make me fall a sleep easier.
I think everyone would feel like me too.
I'm seriously, You have to try to read a book when you can't sleep at night time once.

If I cannot sleep at night, I will stay up all night spending time to read novel or watch movie, sometimes listen to music.

I just read my fiction in Joylada.
It is really fun to read but I have a thought that if you can't sleep,
it means that you just do not want to. So, I just do things that I want to do.

Personally, I am an easy fall asleep person. But if I have some serious thing, I will have hard to fall asleep. So, I often read cartoons or listen to music to help me sleep deeper.

I will watch movie or read something boring to get tired until I feel sleep.
Anyway, I'm not a person who get hard to sleep.
Another tip is to count the sheep. I ever used this tip and it worked!.

I will do meditation or Yoga when I can't sleep at night.
Yoga isn’t just beneficial for improving core of flexibility.
It can also help you sleep better—especially if you suffer from insomnia.

If I want to sleep, I will do nothing to make me feel sleepy.
Looking at something dark makes me want to sleep.
Using cell phone at night is not the solution, though.

When I can't sleep at night, I always listen to music. I listen to music while I am sleeping everyday. I listen a meditation song which make me clam and fall a sleep easily. There are many kind of meditation songs like nature sound and piano song that I like to listen the most.

I'm sorry to say I don't know.
I'm a person who can sleep easily. I spent not more than 5 minutes to sleep every night.

I take a sleeping pill.
It is not 100% sleeping pills, it is just a herb that helps us to sleep.
I feel better after the night that I take this pill.
