I usually read some boring or grammar book when I feel that I cannot sleep.
As you know, grammar is so boring story and I always feel sleepy when I read it.
You can use my way when you cannot sleep.

The best suggestion form me is reading text book.
Based on my experience, when I read a book I always feel sleepy.
The other suggestion is listening to music.

I'm not that person who has that much problem with my sleeping.
I usually fall asleep right after my head tough the pillow.
But if I cannot fall asleep that day, I sometimes listen to music or watch some videos.
That's a useful way for me because it makes me fall asleep every time I try.

When I can’t sleep at night, I usually watch a good movie or browse the web.
I just need a comforting movie or TV show or an endless scroll on Imgur to distract me from insomnia.

What I usually do when I get hard time sleeping is simply continuing laying down on my bed until I fall asleep, which sometimes doesn't work. However, I eventually fall asleep three or four hours after that. For me, It's better than listening to music or watching YouTube. I once listened to a two-hour-long children's lullaby on YouTube, and it ended up as I was till awake listening to the lullaby until it ended!

When I can't sleep at night, I usually play games and watch videos on YouTube but these activities don't help me much. The best way that makes me fall asleep is read a book. I can sleep well when I just read a book for 5 minutes.

It’s my big problem to solve it.
I usually listen to sleeping song on Youtube.
Sometimes I plan to do activities tomorrow.
Some advicer told me to drink some warm milk, tea and water.
Someone told me just watch some movies.
However, the best way to solve for me is doing workout.

Turning the slow melody is the best way to solve this problem for me.
Personally, I do not have this kind of trouble because I sleep easily.
When my head touches on the pillow, I can sleep in two or three minutes later.

What I always do when I cannot sleep is to listen to music or to watch movies. These help me sleep easily. The music I listen must be soft, not hard because soft music will make us feel comfortable and sleepy.

It have ever happened when I worried about something. When I can't sleep at night, I will find something to do. Sometimes I play my mobile phone, I check all applications on my phone and social media applications also. Sometimes I listen to music to make me relax before trying to sleep again.

I rarely face this problem. I think sleeping at the same time is very important. For me, I must go to sleep before 3.00 am. If I sleep after 3 am., problems about sleeping will occur. One of my problems when I sleep late at night is having bad dream or what Thai people might call it Phee-Um. I feel like I'm awake but I cannot move my body. This kind of dream makes me feel extremely tried. The best way to solve this problem is to listen to the music, soft acoustic music, while I'm going to sleep.

When I can't sleep at night, I always find some tv program to watch or find something to eat. Most of the times that I can't sleep, it is because of hungry, so I have to drink some milk or eat some snack. I sometimes just turn off the light and then I can fall asleep easily.

I sometimes go to my refrigerator to find something to eat.
I know that it is not good for my health, but it can make me sleep easily.

If I cannot sleep at night, I will read a book or listen to music especially Jazz music. Books make me calm and be ready to sleep or feel asleep. Music also make me calm and asleep but not playing telephone.

My mom tells me that warm milk is a good way to fall asleep. I think It is work. When I cannot sleep, I drink warm milk and reading a book. You should try once.

I often hardly sleep at night then I always listen to music or pick some favorite movies
to make me feel relaxing before going to sleep. Sometimes, I will go to seven-eleven to get
some milk or food and it will make me full than I can go to sleep well.

If you cannot sleep at night, I suggest you to watch documentaries on youtube. It is one of the best way that help you feel sleepy. Once, I listened to an animal documentary. When the video was about 15-20 minutes, I fell asleep.

I usually listen to ballad songs or find ASMR video on Youtube.
My favorite ASMR channel is Chinese girl's channel which shows about old Chinese culture.
And I always read fictions on mobile until I'm asleep.
