I hardly ever play sports because of my laziness. I don't like hot weather as well. I don't like when i am sweating. I like playing table tennis but i cannot find suitable place to play it.

If you ask me this question now, I will say I never play any sport at all. I'm not lazy about playing sport but I would say that I don't have much time to go out and play sports. For me, I really want to play sport because it must be really beneficial for myself if I can play the sport. My body must be fit and firm and I also feel fresh.

For the most part, I go to the gym 4 times a week on average, some weeks three, others five, it depends on my schedule.
I am usually there for an hour and a half or so.
It's very hard to start to play sport and exercise at the first time for me.

I always to running in the evening. I think running seem like use spent the time to myself. I love to listening during running because It relaxing and get reminded everything to happened the day. I love running.
I love to play sport such as badminton, Taekwondo, and swimming. I like the adventure sport that it challenges for me.
