How often do you take a shower per day?

Normally, I take a shower twice a day.
For the first time, I always do it in the morning in order to wake me up. I feel awake after doing this.
For the second time, I do it in the evening. I always take a shower around 11 pm.
By the way, it depends on that day. It may be 3-5 times per day because of the hot weather.
How about you? How often do you take a shower?

Two times, of course. Regularly, two times for taking a shower per day is enough for me. If there is something special on that day, it may be three. Actually, I love taking a shower due to the fact that it makes me feel good. What I don't like is the step after it which is dressing up. LOL

Two times a day is my answer.
I take a shower when I wake up and at night.
However, in some hot days, I take a shower more than 2 times.
Especially today.

I usually take a shower for two times a day.
I will take a shower before I start my day.
After I have finished my day, I will go taking a shower and getting to bed.
Sometimes I take a shower more than two times but I rarely do that if a day is not too hot.

I take a shower around 2-3 times a day. It depends on the weather of the day. I always take a shower in the morning and then If the weather is very hot,I will take a shower during the day. (I mean after I have lunch) The last time is before I get to sleep.

For me, I take a shower two times a day because it is so hot. Actually, it does not make me colder because the water is hotter. I have to turn on the air condition after taking a shower.

I used to take a shower just one time a day when I have forced with cold season.
But in hot summer season I can die without take a shower cause the weather was so mean.

Sometimes i take a shower for three times also, if i get wet though.
It depend on the weather on that day.

I actually take a shower 2 times a day. I honestly don't like to take a shower. Sometimes, I do it once in a day when I do not go outside. However, I know it's not good for my health and my skin. Now I am trying to take a shower at least 2 times a day. LOL

Actually, 2 times are enough for me because I never take a shower more than 2 times.
I try to do that but I concern a lot about skincare LOL and amount of soap.
If I'm not doing the activities that have a lot of sweat, I won't take a shower at all.

Exactly, I usually take a shower twice a day because I think that's enough for this cleaning my body. Moreover, I love taking a bath about almost 1 hours.. It takes time,right? lol

Just two times a day is enough.
I don't want to over-wash because over-washing causes 'defatting' of the skin – getting rid of the natural body oils we produce to protect the skin cells. This can cause actual damage making them more permeable to bacteria or viruses, precipitating itchy skin, dryness, flakiness and worsening conditions like eczema.
