One thing I usually prefer is giving thanks.
Thoughts of gratitude increase serotonin and decrease cortisol while also improving motivation and overall happiness.
Start by writing down at least three things you’re grateful for each day.

I usually talk with people who have positive thinking.
We will get a good idea from them.
It will make my life move on.

I will always think optimistically whenever the bad thing happen.
I can control myself not to get angry and deal with those bad emotional.

I often try to count 1 to 100 or make mediation to make me in positive temperature.
Meditation is all about observing feelings and thoughts without judgment or involvement.
Bad moods can be associated with feelings of guilt or other negative emotions, which only breeds a worse mood.
