I often feel sleepy when I read some book.
But it's seem like I have to read book to be better at studying.

The kind of book is non-fiction book because I have to find the information for doing my research.
My reading skill is improved continuously although I don't like to read a book so much.

I can get more knowledge by something interesting like infographics or videos.

How often do I read? It depends. Sometimes I can't concentrate, so reading really isn't an option for me at those times.
But usually, I read whatever I can. I have found that reading a couple of books at a time helps me get through books that I want to read, but I'm struggling with. LOL
