I will set the alarm clock many times.
I will put my alarm across the room.
If it's right next to me, I'll hit the snooze button. LOL

I would like to say I don't know because I usually wake up late. If I have to get up early I will set my alam clock frequently. I think there is no better way like this. Sometimes I ask my friend to call me in the morning.

Waking up late is a big problem for me. And I couldn't deal with it.
I always wake up late even though I have a class. That's too bad.
Now, I'm trying to change my way of waking up.

Try to set an alarm clock and put them down far from your bed so that you can not automatically turn it off and fall asleep again. This is the way I solve my problem with wake up late.

I deal with waking up late by
1. Go to bed early.
2. Set several alarm clocks around.
3. Prepare the my items ready for what will be used tomorrow morning.

First step, I have to sleep early and drink milk before going bed.
Then, I should set up a clock at 6.00 a.m. And, I have not to work hard.

This is the easy question to answer because I have a new trick to tell you to wake up early in the morning. The first step is to set the time before sleep it can help you a lot. Next, drink one cup of water before going to bed. Finally, set the clock to make noise as loud as you can. It is easy to wake up early.

I think that everyone knows how to do. If you want to wake up early, you have to go to sleep early too. But if you do this and if it still doesn't work, you really have to work hard for this but believe you me it will happen. You can not change your habit just in a day. Start making small changes in your routine only then you can achieve desired results. For eg. If you wake up at 11 in the morning start waking up half an hour i.e, at 10:30 am before your routine time.

Making sure that you set your alarm clock before sleep.
I'm not a morning person and I always wake up late in my day off.
But when I have to wake up early, setting alarm clock always helps me.

and I set alarm clock around one hour before getting out to prepare myself.

Set a sleep schedule. A regular sleep schedule helps synchronize

The best method for changing the time you wake up is to do it gradually — 10-15 minutes earlier for 2-4 days until you feel used to it, and then repeat.
